Which Yoshi's Island levels are the most annoying to get 100% or just complete?

1. World 6 is the sixth and final world of Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and its re-release Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3, resembling the landscape and environment of Yoshi's Island. The world contains eight normal levels. Its mini-boss is Tap-Tap the Red Nose; the main and final boss is Baby Bowser. This world includes many dangerous obstacles, including lava and spikes, the world.
2. World 1 is the first world of Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3. The world contains eight normal levels and two secret levels. Its extra level is Extra 1: Poochy Ain't Stupid, and its secret level is Secret 1: Exercise in the Skies. The world's theme is a grassy plain in spring.

The levels are accessed on a menu screen, and the worlds are found on a map of Yoshi's Island. Each world has eight levels with two of them being boss stages. After you beat the game, an extra one will appear in each world, rising the count to nine. Yoshi is capable of performing many different attacks and moves in Yoshi's Island. His foremost. I know SlimKirby declared More Monkey Madness the hardest extra level to beat in his Youtube Let's Play video for More Monkey Madness, as well. 1Kamek's Revenge

Is this the level after the bowser castle?

A variety of challenges to get 100. I recommend using a pow or similar power up at the helicopter section.

This level was pretty short but had one of the hardest skiing segments in Yoshi's Island history particularly that sudden change into the helicopter near the end. Never 100%ed it.

Thanks to this neat trick from Redditor u/DevezuSo while on the level select screen, press and hold down the select/-/whatever it is in the dual joycon mode and press X X Y B A. Well, we didn’t either.

2A Light in the Dark

Again the skiing section is the icing on an unusually long and treacherous level.

3Superhard Acrobatics

It surely is super-hard particularly at the beginning with the pinwheel platform and the potted ghosts.

4Rompin' Stompin' Chomps

Side scrolling levels are never easy on the difficulty but this one can be highly irritating due to all of the things landing on your head

5Poochy Ain't Stupid

The fact that this is an auto-scroller, you have to rely on Poochy for most of it, AND a single mess-up means you die, means this level was a complete nightmare to get 100% on. Yoshi's island 2 question mark levels. Honestly, this should be #1.

So impossible to beat

You Need to Ride on Poochy for the Entire Level, if you get off of him, you'll die in the lava, staying on poochy would be simple, if not you're going for 100% and the Fact Poochy Controls Awkward

6Quit it Already Tap-Tap!

An unnecessary Tap-Tap themed level. The rising wind section leaves absolutely no room for error just like the mine cart segment later.

8Items are Fun!

Items may be fun but trying to get 100% in this level isn't.

9KEEP MOVING!

Another long level that is hard to 100%. Though the biggest problem for me was always near the beginning with the rotating platforms.

The Contenders

11King Bowser's Castle (Door 3)

The Tap-Tap chase is the worst part of this level for me, no matter how many tries I just can't find all of the collectibles AND keep all my stars.

12Fight Toadies with Toadies

Surprisingly I've never had a problem with The Impossible Maze but this one has cost me many lives particularly the.. Auto-scrolling section.

13Frustration

Which level even is this? I don't recall any level ever called Frustration, unless this is a ROM hack.

All melons on this was rly hard

14All Aboard the Terrain Train

Of corse, I spent 4 flat legit hours trying to beat it and FINALLY I beat it! I did not collect everything at once, I first collected smiley flowers. Next red coins, took me 2 hours. And finally star man to 30 took me an hour and a half!
I’m relieved

Particularly, this level was hard for me, but it was just to get me prepped up for the WHITE HOT HARD SNOW GO MOUNTAIN LEVEL! It’s difficult to get a 100% on this level, but if your a hardcore gamer, someone who’s played hard games like Contra and Ghosts n’ Goblins, then this is your secret level!

15The Fort of Moltz the Very Goonie

This level has very tight platforming with the face statues while making very precise jumps between spikes. This is possibly the hardest level in the main game (not Secret or Extra).

16Snow Go Mountain

And I though the previous 4 secret levels were bad enough, Snow Go Mountain has you jumping on Bullet Bills and Goonies to get to the warp pipe leading to the area to leave the level! Did Panga make this level, as well as the other 5 secret levels? Hopefully the sixth secret level isn't as bad.

17Leapin' Lava Meltdown

Well, I was right, Leapin' Lava Meltdown was hard for me, but it didn't cost me 1 million lives like Snow Go Mountain did. But the part that angered me the most was the rising lava part of the second and final area. But still, if you're a daredevil, I'd recommend this to you if you're looking for a challenge.

18Watch Out for Lakitu

I've been playing the game for a while, and I can't beat this particular level. Ironically, Lakitu is barely something that you have to watch out for. Overall, this was a difficult level.

• Extra 1 - Disable Auto-Scrolling

During the World One Extra level, you can disable the autoscrolling in the level. To do this, you need to bounce repeatedly on the bat enemies that appear at the start of the level in sequence, doing so until Yoshi is eventually off-screen. Then Flutter Jump to the right and past the first stony wall that appears from the ceiling. Once past, you can still play the level with Poochy, but without the autoscrolling that would otherwise painfully limit your abilities and overcomplicate things.

• Hard mode

Get 1,000 points in a world (100 points on all ten levels including Extra and Secret levels). A star will appear on the game selection screen. Get five stars on that screen to unlock hard mode. Submitted by Neto

• Higher flutter jump

First jump on an enemy and you will be in the air, while you are in the air hold down A and you will get an extra boost. Submitted by Priyesh

• Level 1-7: Extra lives

Pick up a Rollie-Pollie Guy with your tounge. Do not turn him into an egg or spit him out for anyone until you get to the pipe that spits out Shy-Guys. Once there, spit the Rollie-Pollie Guy out into a 1 (square) hole on the right of the pipe. Once placed, jump onto the platform above and to the right of it. Let the Shy-Guys jump out of the pipe and onto the Rollie-Pollie Guy. Points will accumulate and will eventually give you 1-Ups continually. After a few hours, you will have 999 lives. • Lucky 777

Get your total points for a world to equal to exactly 777, to get 7 extra lives. Submitted by DayleJ

• Special Yoshi eggs

To get special Yoshi eggs with out having to find special boxes, fire a Yoshi egg in an area that will cause the egg to bounce off the walls and back to you. When the egg returns to you, quickly use Yoshis tongue at the egg. If successful, you should have a special Yoshi egg. Submitted by DayleJ

• Title Screen Stars

To append stars next to the logo at the game's title screen, you must complete every single level in a given world: this includes the extra levels earned by getting 100 points on the other eight levels in the world. One star will appear for each world completed in such a manner, for a total of up to six stars at the title screen.

• World 1-2: Easy lives

Pick up the shell at the start of the level and throw it at the row of Koopas. Quit level and repeat for endless lives. Submitted by Neto

• World 1-7: Hidden area

Immediately before completing the level, there is a bridge that bends. Get the two Red Coins, then go to the other bridge. After that go on the piece of land with a log sticking out of the ground. Stand on the edge of the log, then shoot an egg straight up. A spring ball should fall. Jump on it and you will go to a hidden stage through a pipe. Submitted by Neto

• World 1-9: Easy lives

Grab a Melon Bug (the bug that curls when you approach) and take him to the Shy-Guy Pipe (where the Shy Guys appear from). Look up and shoot the bug. If done correctly, the bug should fall in the tiny space on the right side of the pipe, between it and landscape. Stand on the elevated surface and make sure you have no eggs. The Shy Guys will pop out towards you, but hit the bug. You will keep getting extra lives until you have 100. Then, get a perfect completion on World 5 and you will get the roulette game. If you get the X3; you will get 300 lives. Submitted by Neto

• World 3-1: Hidden area

There is a location in the water in World 3-1 where you can go beneath a land mass to access a hidden area, by jumping off of a giant spring arrow. If you curve to the side and go above the normal hidden entrance, you should enter an area where you will be falling towards nothing. Keep going right (stay in the air as long as possible) until you reach the edge. You will be teleported to World 1-1 (and gain credit toward World 3-1) where you can gain more red coins and hearts than the maximum. It will only go to the top, but it will be 10 times easier to perfect the level. Submitted by Neto

• World 3-1: Warp to World 5

On World 3-1, select any character and fall down the waterfall. There is a door at the bottom. Go inside and find the potion. Throw it near the vase and go inside. Enter the vase, which will warp you to World 5. Submitted by Neto

• World 3-4 Boss Tips

At the end of World 3-4, you'll encounter a boss in which you fight in the foe's stomach. If you do not move left/right at all on entering the stomach, you will never be hit by the acid. Furthermore, try to angle your egg shots to hit the sides of the uvula at the top of the screen: for reasons unknown, hitting the target from the side, as opposed to just aiming straight up at it, does significantly more damage.

• World 4-1: Easy lives

Go up the first steep hill until you get to three pipes and a Koopa walking around. Two will have Piranha plants and one will be a Shy-Guy generator. Throw away an egg so Shy-Guys will start jumping out. Kill the two Piranha plants, eat the Koopa and stand on the pipe. Spit the Koopa shell towards the Shy-Guys. The shell will bounce between the two pipes, knocking out the Shy-Guys. As soon as ten Shy-Guys are knocked out, you will start getting a 1-Up for each consecutive Shy-Guy. The shell will keep bouncing around, killing the Shy-Guys that pop out. You can get up to 999 lives this way. Submitted by Neto

• World 5-4: Free mini-games

Go to a door on your left. Use a POW block or '?' and go to the door and get the secret code. This code will give you free mini-games when you go to the level selection screen. Submitted by Neto
